Joanna designs refined everyday jewelry that is meant to be worn like a second skin. Through her designs, she pays tribute to her heritage and tells the story of motherhood, love and friendship. Joanna believes jewelry is personal and is meant to procure happiness which is translated through the use of color in her pieces. Joanna’s aim is to design ‘Jewelry that will make your heart smile’. Meticulously made in 18k gold, precious, semi-precious stones and enamel, Joanna lets the wearer write their own story by picking their own combination of jewels.
Joanna Achkar
Designer Joanna Achkar graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the Institut Superieur de Gestion of Paris in 2014.
With a profound interest in all things creative, she started her career first in marketing, before discovering her passion for diamonds and gold.
Falamank
With a background in and passion for art and design, Lebanese Tarfa Itani established her eponymous Falamank jewellery design house in Beirut in 2006, and opened her first store and design studio in the city in 2010.
Karma Salman
In another life, Karma Salman would have been an architect. Despite her chosen path, she has kept her second passion within her sphere of creativity. Often visiting Baalbeck, located in the fertile plains of the Beqaa Valley, the ancient temples drive her inspiration. The stately ruins of the Roman Heliopolis provide the genesis for her Baalbeck line of jewellery, comprising of four different rings and a bracelet.
L'atelier Nawbar
L’Atelier Nawbar’s journey began four generations ago when their great-grandfather embarked on a journey into the world of jewelry. Over the years, the brand continued to evolve under the guidance of their father, who started working at the tender age of 19, carrying forward the family legacy alongside his own father.
