Refund Policy

At Tales of Stones, we hope you love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to assist with returns in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

·        Unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

·        Returned with all original packaging, including the gift box and any accompanying materials.

·        Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@talesofstones.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@talesofstones.com and include your order number along with clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

·        Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

·        Personalized or custom-made jewelry

·        Makeup

·        Gift cards

·        Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise required by law)

Every Tales of Stones piece features genuine natural gemstones. Because these stones are formed by nature, slight variations in color, pattern, texture, and inclusions are normal and make each piece one of a kind. These natural characteristics are not considered defects but rather part of the beauty and uniqueness of each stone.

Packaging

Every Tales of Stones order is carefully packaged in our signature gift box, making each piece ready for gifting or safekeeping.
